At Pesenggiri Festival, Tanamera supported the programme with a speaker, coffee, ingredients, and workshop materials.
Kopi Waris traced coffee's journey around the world and Indonesia's place as one of its most diverse producers. Renata walked participants through how origin, processing, roast, freshness, grind, and brewing all the shapes what end up in the cup — followed by a kopi tubruk tasting of Tanamera's Espresso Blend, Breakfast Blend, and Aceh Gayo, side by side.

Rempah Brew Lab looked at how Indonesian herbs and spices meet specialty coffee. Ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, lime, palm sugar, and honey each brought something different to the cup. Using Tanamera Cold Brew Concentrate, participants made three drinks of their own: Kencur Latte, Sereh Citrus, and Sundari Brew.

Two sessions, one idea: Indonesian coffee has a lot to say, and it's worth listening to.
